PROFILE OF SPERO MAGINAS
Spero Maginas received his B.A. degree
from Ohio Wesleyan University. He went on to receive his M.B.A. from Ohio
State University, with a concentration in Human Resources.
Following several years with a large industrial manufacturer in Human Resources administration for salaried employees, in 1986 he joined a large national executive search firm, recruiting technical professionals for the materials industries. He started Maginas Services in 1992. He has specialized in research & development, chemical & process engineering, and marketing & sales (technical). Virtually all his search assignments have been for companies working with advanced materials and specialty chemicals. Specific industry segments emphasized are electronic materials, composite materials, process engineering, adhesives, and coatings.
